Important Herd of Zebras Update

Hello Herd-

I want to give everyone a life update. Since 2018 I have worked tirelessly to spread the message of Herd of Zebras - one that encourages kindness, self-love and acceptance of all in the equestrian community. It has been a privilege of a lifetime to meet so many amazing people throughout the last eight years. You have helped me overcome some of the hardest times by sharing your own stories of strength and love through our platform.

Our team has been dedicated to making high quality clothing, equestrian goods and accessories that have been mostly sourced by other female owned small businesses. We wanted to make a difference and help promote others and give back as much as we possibly could; donating to equestrian teams, clubs and non-profits. I hope you could see the efforts we made to help the community I love so much.

In 2023 my husband, Dan, and I welcomed our son, Sullivan, via surrogacy after a very long journey with endometriosis. I never thought I would be able to have a child of my own but thanks to science and an amazing woman offering to carry our son, our dream of having a family was real. A lot has changed since his arrival and I have learned a lot over the last year that time is really precious. My time has new meaning especially with Sullivan in his formative years and still trying to balance family with my four horses. There is just not enough time to dedicate myself at the level I know Herd deserves. It is with great sadness that I announce Herd of Zebras will be closing at the end of 2024. I am hopeful this is not a forever goodbye, just a "see you later".

I want to thank everyone for letting me into their lives with the heartfelt stories you have shared. Herd was always and will always be about showing your stripes proudly. Triumph over the difficult situations showing the world we all matter and creating a community of acceptance and kindness.

As a thank you to everyone we will be greatly discounting the remaining inventory now through 12/31, visit herd-of-zebras.com while the site is still live.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
